Our group of companies offers the know-how of three generations that have been working in an industry as traditional as that of the Ibérico Pig, the same with cutting edge facilities, which were inaugurated just ten years ago and from where we provide complete support to our group’s standards and emblems: the persons, knowledge, technology and efficient management; all this with the aim of providing a unique Comprehensive Production Service -CPS- to our clients.

Our group of companies, for more than ten years now, has grouped together its facilities in a single area that is to be found in Béjar, at the foothills of the Sierra and less than 200 meters from the A-66 Highway, which is also the spinal cord of the Ibérico industry, which communicates the entire southern and western part of the Iberian Peninsula along its route. Thus we are directly connected with the raising grounds of our animals and with the main distribution line of our products.

 

Our slaughterhouse, with its four attached quartering plants, has been designed to receive up to 2500 Ibérico pigs and 1000 suckling pigs on a daily basis. Thus, the slaughtered animals go directly to the quartering plants without having to leave the facilities. In like manner, the resulting cuts and whole pieces, once they have rested, can either be directly commercialized or they can go into our -40 ºC freezing tunnels and then maintained in -20 ºC chambers during long periods of time until they are to be commercialized.

 

 

Finally, and without leaving the facilities, our vacuum packing or inert gas lines allow us to fulfil our clients’ demands in a continuous manner. Thus we can guarantee full distribution, which is always on time.

Since we have absolute control of the entire process, ranging from the farm right through to final distribution, this allows us to reach a maximum level of production monitoring.

Thus we can offer traceability in each and every piece, in all our products, and even more so in our hams and shoulder hams, which we also cut, profile, salt and cure right at our own facilities. This represents a monitoring level of all the stages that offers our clients absolute confidence.
